The Team was retained by a global insurance firm in Bavaria to build their quantitative credit risk capabilities due to a restructuring. Due to the specialist nature of the roles and the time pressure involved we worked quickly in assessing and interviewing the most relevant candidates. From the start of the search until contracts finalised with the new team member(s) only 4 weeks had passed.
