As a direct consequence of Brexit, the Baumlink team played a key role in establishing a new hybrid front/middle office compliance team in Frankfurt. The newly created EU division of this Global Investment Bank benefitted from our consultancy in approaching specific candidates with risk reporting, governance and analytical capabilities. This was achieved ahead of schedule, indeed in the months leading up to their BaFin banking licence being finalised.
