Key Responsibilities
- Overall management and leadership of the Münster office
- Advising a portfolio of corporate and private clients on complex tax matters
- Leading and developing a team of tax professionals
- Acting as the primary point of contact for key client relationships
- Supporting business development and expansion of the local practice
- Ensuring high-quality delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.
Candidate Profile
- Successfully qualified as a Steuerberater/in (German Tax Advisor certification required)
- Several years of professional experience in tax advisory, ideally with leadership exposure
- Strong client-facing skills and commercial mindset
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams
- Interest in taking on entrepreneurial responsibility within an established structure
