We are seeking an experienced Outsourcing Risk Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Outsourcing Risk Specialist will be responsible for assessing and managing the risks associated with outsourcing activities within the company. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) principles and practices.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess the risks associated with outsourcing activities and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of third-party service providers to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks and policies related to outsourcing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that outsourcing activities align with the company's risk management objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to business units on outsourcing risk management best practices.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in risk management, with a focus on outsourcing risks.
- Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) principles and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) are a plus.
Day-to-Day
- Conducting risk assessments of outsourcing activities and developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that outsourcing activities align with risk management objectives.
- Monitoring the performance of third-party service providers and assessing their compliance with company standards.
- Developing and implementing risk management policies and frameworks related to outsourcing.
