As Head of Operational Risk Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the company’s operational risk framework. The Role:
- Lead and strategically develop the Operational Risk Management department
- Design and implement a robust internal control system
- Proactively collaborate with subsidiaries, key functions, and group level
- Deliver management reporting focused on actionable decision-making
- Lead projects and initiatives to strengthen non-financial risk management with a particular focus on IT risk management in line with regulatory requirements such as DORA
- Foster a strong risk culture within the organization
Your Profile
- Relevant academic qualifications in risk management, finance, IT, or other related fields
- Strong expertise in operational risk management and internal control systems and an in-depth understanding of regulatory requirements such as DORA
- Proven leadership experience in risk management, compliance, or audit
- Excellent communication skills and experience in management reporting
- Agile mindset with focus on process simplification and complexity reduction
- Fluent German and English
